White City phase 2 is the second in a number of phased developments for St James on site in west London. Woodford are supplying and installing the infrastructure and fit out  to 450 units. We supplied and installed the BMS control system, LTHW distribution, CHW plant room and distribution, HIUs, heat meters, m-bus systems, dry and wet risers as well as under floor heating, soils and waste. 

We continue to work with St James and other parts of the Berkeley Group as our reputation of quality installations keeps us very much front of mind with our existing clients.. We continue to take pride in the way we deliver and are working collaboratively with all of the other trades on site as we progress at speed with this fantastic project. We are demonstrating innovation on site with some great ideas about speeding up the fit out part of the process in conjunction with the builders. Bi-weekly senior management team meetings helps iron out any issues and keeps us ahead of the game.
