We produce a 12-month plan to enable our clients to see when all services are due. This includes access to all compliance certificates and worksheets. Our dedicated team will guide you through the entire process, offering comprehensive and tailored advice, as well as the most cost-effective solutions to meet the specific needs of your building. This process mitigates any downtime, without compromising your manufacturer’s warranty and aligning with any specific building requirements and/or lease terms. We also prepare bespoke plant schedules for all equipment within a building, which then act as the basis of a PPM programme for the site. In addition, we ensure all plant items have service visits scheduled in accordance with the manufacturers’ requirements. In the event of a manufacturer’s service recommendations being absent, we refer to the content of SFG20 – a recognised industry standard for service and maintenance.
Our service engineers can respond to emergency repairs and, by using the latest technology, schedule a visit from the closest engineer to reduce time and risk. We can respond to emergency calls within an agreed timeframe and will never leave a problem unresolved. We will always try to rectify all issues during the first visit. Plus, should any unforeseen works be uncovered, we can provide viable financial options and advice to make your decision easier. We also develop service level agreements that meet our clients’ needs, while delivering works in a safe manner at all times. Innovative technology enables our engineers to complete risk assessments before they start work. Ultimately, if it is possible within our service level agreement, we will complete the job!
