Plots: 

White City is the first in a number of phased developments for St James on site in west London. Woodford are supplying and installing the energy centre with CHP and gas boilers. We are also providing the BMS control system, LTHW distribution, CHW plant room and distribution, HIUs, heat meters, m-bus systems, dry and wet risers as well as under floor heating, soils and waste. The site is one of the larger developments in this part of London and the scale and speed are impressive. 

Our reputation for quality installations was the key to us winning the project. We continue to take pride in the way we deliver and are working collaboratively with all of the other trades on site as we progress at speed with this fantastic project. We are demonstrating innovation on site with some great ideas about speeding the fit out part of the process in conjunction with the builders. Bi-weekly senior management team meetings help iron out any issues and keep us ahead of the game.

The values include: 4,600KW (heat), 2,310KW (cooling), 859KWTH (CHP thermal) and 776KWe (CHP electric)
